My firstborn child, Max, was my
special gift from God. He taught me unconditional love. He taught me how to treat people. Max was born with Down Syndrome and a major heart defect. So much in my life changed while I was pregnant and after he was born, and suddenly, the confident woman I once was, was no longer there. Even though I knew some things would never be the same, I also knew I had to do whatever it took
to feel confident again.
As time went on, I learned how to
bounce back and began to feel like me again, but I knew that if I was struggling with finding my way, other women had to be struggling too.
I get it. Life happens. Like many of you, I've been through the challenges of
divorce, co-parenting, navigating a blended family, a miscarriage, growing a business, and serving the community, all while trying to pursue our dreams. If you're interested, you can read more of my story

I've personally felt the struggles of the roller coaster life, and I've fallen down more than once. In fact, I've had to rebuild my life from the bottom-up
3 TIMES. But by God's perfect plan, I began to learn from these experiences and decided to put together some of the daily habits that helped me bounce back, even as the seasons of my life continued to change.
I wanted to be very transparent in sharing my story in the hopes that it might help other women rebuild and maintain their confidence. I also wanted to develop some quick and easy, straightforward programs to help a busy momma while she is on the go to learn to
master her momma mindset with The Glow Up method!
